Site PlansAny site plan or zoning request submitted to the Brevard County Land Development or Zoning Departments for a property located within the Merritt Island Redevelopment Area will be forwarded to the Merritt Island Redevelopment Agency for their review and recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Board and/or the Land Development Department. The Merritt Island Redevelopment Area is bounded on the east by the Banana River, on the west by the Indian River, on the north by Merritt Avenue and on the south by Fortenberry Avenue.
