Educational OpportunitiesWetlands serve as educational sites for learning about the cycle of water, the food chain, identification and classification of plants, waterfowl, and wildlife, and in many cases as a link to our cultural past. Indian village and mound remains have been found in and near wetland areas, indicating how wetlands were used by man many years ago. |
