The Address Assignment section assigns all addresses in the unincorporated areas of Brevard County. The addresses are assigned for E 9-1-1 purposes.

If you require a street address for undeveloped property, you may:

• If the property is located in a subdivision, contact the property developer for a list of addresses by lot number. The address information is also available on the Property Appraiser's Web Site at:

• If the property is not located within a subdivision in the unincorporated area of the county, contact Address Assignment at (321) 633-2061. Be prepared to provide one or more of the following: a full parcel identification (Township, Range, Section, Subdivision, Block, Lot); the plat book, page, lot and block; a seven digit tax account number; a metes and bounds legal description as described on a boundary survey; or a copy of the deed or Official Record Book and the page where the deed was recorded.
